Welcome to YouTubeSFX. By accessing or using our website (youtubesfx.com) and downloading our sound effects, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. License Grant

Free Starter Pack: By downloading the free sound effects pack, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the included sound effects in your personal and commercial projects, including but not limited to YouTube videos, social media content, podcasts, online courses, and client work.

Ultimate Pack: By accessing the Ultimate Pack, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use all included sound effects in your personal and commercial projects. This license is granted to a single user and is non-transferable.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use our sound effects in:

• YouTube videos (monetized and non-monetized)
• Social media content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Shorts, etc.)
• Podcasts and audio productions
• Online courses and educational content
• Client work and freelance projects
• Film, TV, and video productions
• Mobile apps and software

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the sound effects as standalone files or as part of another sound effects library
• Claim ownership of the original sound effect files
• Use the sound effects in a way that competes directly with YouTubeSFX (e.g., creating a competing sound effects product)
• Transfer your license to another person or entity

4. Digital Delivery

All sound effects are delivered digitally as downloadable files. Due to the digital nature of our products, delivery is instant upon successful download. You are responsible for downloading and storing your files.

5. Intellectual Property

All sound effects, website content, branding, and design elements are the intellectual property of YouTubeSFX. The license granted to you covers usage of sound effects in your projects but does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our sound effects are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the sound effects will meet your specific requirements or be compatible with every software or platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

YouTubeSFX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our sound effects or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website and products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
